- Please contact the advertiser or partner who you believe has infringed your rights and attempt to resolve the issue directly.

2. Submit a Formal Notice and Takedown Request
If the issue remains unresolved, you may submit a formal Notice and Takedown request to Looxx. Your written complaint should include:

- A description of the copyrighted work or material you believe has been infringed.

- A clear description or link (URL) to the content on our platform that allegedly infringes your rights.

- Sufficient information for us to locate the content (e.g., URLs, screenshots, or product titles).

- Your full contact details (name, postal address, email address, and phone number).

- An electronic or physical signature confirming that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

- A statement declaring that:

1. You have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

2. The information in your notice is accurate.

3. Under penalty of perjury, you are the owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the intellectual property right allegedly infringed.
